FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What about a disco?

Disco is not a problem, we know some great DJ’s and can get a DJ for you.

Can I request certain songs to be played?

Absolutely. Our repertoire is extensive and if there is a particular song you would like us to play, we are more than happy to learn it. We do ask that you tell us as soon as you book so we can learn it to our incredibly high standards.

How far do you travel?

We are based in Buckinghamshire and within a couple of hours journey time, that is no problem at all. If you are a little further out, give us a call, there is always a way we can accommodate.

What should I say to my venue?

If you have your venue booked, let them know that we are your evening entertainment and then give us a contact name. We will liaise with the venue about our own logistics and needs so you don’t have to worry about it.

How much do you charge?

It largely depends on distance, venue size for PA requirements Give us a call or fill in the enquiry form so we can give you a proper quote.

Do I need to pay upfront?

Once we have agreed the date and the final price, we take a deposit (typically 25%) and that means you are booked. The rest doesn’t need to be paid until a week before the event.

Where can I see you?

We publish our public gigs on the website and our Facebook page. If you wanted to see us before the next public gig, get in touch and we can arrange a rehearsal visit.

I have my own DJ. Is that okay?

Absolutely, we work with DJ’s to make sure that we don’t have any repeated songs and that the entertainment is seamless.

Can you provide a dance floor, additional venue lighting or additional equipment?

We use a professional audio and visual company to ensure our performance sounds and looks great. If you need anything additional, we are happy to help organise or put you in contact with:

Class Act
NMP Production

Almost lost for words after seeing and hearing The Eclectix last night. 5 outstandingly talented musicians coming together to produce a superb sound. The tightest band I have seen for a very very long time. Loved the solos… loved the choreography … loved the vocals… loved the set. Wow! Just Wow!
